Account, Billing, and Subscription Assistance

Billing Help
  • The most up to date pricing information can be found on the pricing and billing page. If you purchase a renewing subscription during a sale period your subscription will renew at the sale rate :)

  • Plans can be purchased from the billing page. Please refer to the Terms of Service prior to purchasing.

  • To cancel your subscription autorenewal select “END AUTORENEWAL” on the billing page.

  • To change your payment information select “UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD” on the settings page.

  • To upgrade your subscription simply purchase your desired upgrade via the billing page. All subscription upgrades will receive a proration based on the unused portion of the initial subscription. The proration will be issued as a credit towards the next renewal. The prorated amount can instead be refunded to your card upon request.

Subscription Support
  • If you’re having issues with your Flow feed not updating live please reference the Flow Status Doc. Otherwise, most other issues with the Flow feed can be resolved by resetting your filters.

  • If the mobile app states that you need to subscribe to access certain features that you should be able to access: visit the app home page, select the gear icon, log out and log back in.
