Account, Billing, and Subscription Assistance

Connect your Discord Account in order to gain access to the Subscriber only channels on the Discord Server. If you link the wrong account, or need a different account linked please email [email protected] and a support member can assist you.
To change the email address associated to your account please email [email protected]
To have your account and all associated data deleted please email [email protected]
Plans can be purchased from the billing page. Please refer to the Terms of Service prior to purchasing.
To cancel your subscription autorenewal select “END AUTORENEWAL” on the billing page.
To change your payment information select “UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD” on the settings page.
To upgrade your subscription simply purchase your desired upgrade via the billing page. All subscription upgrades will receive a proration based on the unused portion of the initial subscription. The proration will be issued as a credit towards the next renewal. The prorated amount can instead be refunded to your card upon request.
If you’re having issues with your Flow feed not updating live please reference the Flow Status Doc. Otherwise, most other issues with the Flow feed can be resolved by resetting your filters.
If the mobile app states that you need to subscribe to access certain features that you should be able to access: visit the app home page, select the gear icon, log out and log back in.
