โœจ To upgrade your currently existing subscription please perform the following steps:
  • Visit the billing page, and click “cancel subscription” (This will NOT end your subscription, but simply cancel the auto-renew)
  • Click/select your desired upgrade and fill out the OPRA Nonprofessional agreement that pops up at the bottom of the page
  • Once you’ve done so you will be able to purchase your desired upgrade
  • If the unused time on your currently existing subscription isn’t automated prorated (look for “Unused time” on the receipt), please forward it to [email protected] for an adjustment. โš ๏ธ Only users who are already on an annual membership will receive credit for unused time on their current plan when upgrading to the Lifetime membership.
  • If you are going from Paypal to CC please also cancel your subscription on the Paypal website.

โš™๏ธ Common Troubleshooting issues

I’m subscribed to the Super-Buffet but cannot access certain features.
  • Go to the Billing page and sign the OPRA terms
  • You may need to log out and in
I’ve subscribed, but I don’t see the premium Discord channels
  • Go to the settings page, and ensure that your Discord account is linked (ie: user#1234). If the incorrect Discord account has been linked, please visit the #tech-support channel
  • Log out and in on both the website and Discord
  • If you still can’t see the premium channels, please visit the #tech-support channel
I’ve linked the wrong Discord account
  • Please visit the #tech-support channel and let us know. We will unlink your account so that you can link the proper one.
I’m not getting mobile push notifications
  • Go to the notifications page, and ensure that your notifications are properly set (switches to the right = on)
  • Ensure that your application/mobile device settings are properly configured
  • If you still aren’t receiving notifications, please visit the #tech-support channel
The alerts in #buffets-buffet aren’t displaying properly

  • Inside your Discord settings, go to “Text & Images”
  • Turn on “Show website preview info from links pasted into chat” WebsitePreview
I have a subscription but the mobile application doesn’t recognize it
  • Uninstall and reinstall the application
How can I cancel my subscription?
  • To cancel your subscription go to the billing page and click “Cancel subscription”
  • Your subscription will remain active until the period you paid for, but you will not be billed again
How can I change the email address associated with my account?
  • To change the email address associated with your account, please send an email to [email protected] from BOTH the old AND the new email addresses
