What payment methods do you accept?

• We currently only accept Card via Stripe.

• You can purchase a subscription via the billing page.

How can I renew, cancel, or upgrade my subscription?

• Subscriptions are on auto-renew by default.

• To end your subscription’s autorenewal visit the billing page & click “End Auto-Renewal.” If you have signed up via Paypal please cancel your subscription on the Paypal website. Your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid period.

• -If you are an existing member and would like to upgrade: purchase your desired upgrade. Your account will receive a credit based on the unused time on your initial subscription, which will be applied upon your next renewal. You can also email [email protected] to have the credit refunded.

What is the refund policy?

Per the terms of service: “Any payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. All plans auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your renewal date.”

General subscription information

• Lifetime users will be granted access to all new features as they are rolled out. New features may or may not be granted to subscribers on lower tiers
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions will renew one month/one year after the original date of purchase.
• A coupon and referral code cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
• Coupons/referral codes can be applied retroactively: just send an email to [email protected] and we can perform any adjustments necessary.
